We provide a Sovereign Sanctuary, where you are welcomed and free to feel seen, heard and understood. Innerlyst understands the need to invest your time wisely and feel relaxed in the comfort of your own space. For this reason, all Therapeutic Sessions are facilitated Online via Zoom Conferencing. Upon booking you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive an email 24-48 hours prior with Zoom meeting details.

III. THE PRINCIPLE OF DYNAMIC RESPONSE (CANCELLATIONS) In the spirit of Innerlyst’s 3rd Law, every action has a reaction. Reciprocal Respect: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice incur the full fee. This maintains the "Structural Integrity" of the Architect’s sanctuary and the Client’s commitment. Please Note: A complete Sovereignty Engagement Covenant will be emailed when booking is confirmed.
